People are trying to take people from my team, which is leading to a lot of chaos.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stability is key:<\/strong> We need more stability, people are leaving, but all we&#8217;re doing is moving people around and not creating stability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Takeovers suck:<\/strong> It&#8217;s part of our currency, many clients like takeovers, but from a UX stand point they really suck&#8230;  They are slow to load, the mess with the interface, and they don&#8217;t even help clients as they create a lot of bounce-outs, and ultimately frustrate people.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibility:<\/strong> That&#8217;s something that I am still learning here.  There&#8217;s a lot of flexibility, but I want to make sure I don&#8217;t abuse it. For example, I worked from home on Tuesday which allowed me to get stuff done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>24 Hours:<\/strong> There are only 24 hours in the day&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Next week will be light.
