I feel like I’ve gotten a “routine”, but I am not sure I like this routine. Basically I’m able to get everything done in very rapid fashion and not have to be at work much later than 5 or 5:30. If I make conversations more efficient, then who knows, I might be able to get out even earlier.<\/p>\n

  • Migration:<\/strong> Migrated to Outlook this week – so much better! Keyboard shortcuts work which adds at least 25 to 30 percent of boost in productivity.<\/li>\n
  • Overcommunication:<\/strong> Overcommunication is a good thing! I’m seeing a lot of very basic communication, and unwillingness to share information. I am not sure where this stems from. It should change soon!<\/li>\n
  • Meetings, Meetings, Meetings:<\/strong> We have so many meetings with so many people!!! Arggggggghhhhh…<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Number of the week:<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n

    • 638:<\/strong> That’s the number of messages I have to get out of Lotus Notes and into Outlook… That’s also the total number of message that I have kept since I started.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      All in all, this is getting a bit tedious… I am not sure what I’ll be to get out of this experience if I don’t have interesting content, have to battle politics, and cannot move at the pace that I’m interested in moving at.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
