Pretty bad start to the week, with a number of setbacks. The middle of week was also pretty tough as I was nervous about my dentist appointment. The good news is that it went well, and now I can move on.<\/p>\n

  • Cape:<\/strong>\u00a0We’re going to the Cape this week-end. It’s been so gorgeous that it’ll be fun to get back on the Cape. There’s a certain atmosphere when we get close to the summer that feels very different!<\/li>\n
  • Courtesy:<\/strong>\u00a0I am shocked by the lack of professional courtesy that people show in basic dealings. There’s this weird sense of busy-ness as the currency of the modern world. I reject that idea. I think you can make time available, and simply not being courteous is a reflection\u00a0of the individual, more than the environment.<\/li>\n
  • Back Porch:<\/strong>\u00a0I am truly enjoying our back-porch. Especially being able to work from it, and get things done. It’s a great experience and allows me to stay calm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n

    • 10:<\/strong>\u00a0Percent. I’ve had to restart my running to the basic. \u00a0So I’m slowly increasing my mileage by 10% a week right now. Normally that would be surprising, by the amount is so small, that it barely registers. It’s all part of trying to rebuild my motivation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
