I had a meeting with another prospective client that made me think through my core value proposition further.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Intern:<\/strong>\u00a0I&#8217;m managing an intern for my primary client, this is different than what I expected.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scale:<\/strong>\u00a0The conversation with the prospective client made me clearly aware of my scale and my ability to take on either certain projects or certain clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pawn:<\/strong>\u00a0This prospective client gave me a bad taste. I really got the sense that they&#8217;re trying to change the Founder&#8217;s mindset, but it&#8217;s not clear that it needs to happen. I&#8217;m nervous that they&#8217;ll put me in the middle, or use me as a pawn for their wrangling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3:<\/strong>\u00a0For my primary client, we&#8217;re focused on 3 locations.
