It really felt like we hit our stride this year, and had a great week overall. For me, it gave me a good chance to get my thoughts together on a couple of tough things ahead, and help get things organized. Most of the work I did was cerebral or intellectual.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hammock:<\/strong>\u00a0I brought a hammock this year, and really enjoyed hanging in it. The kids were all over it, but when I did find time to use it, it was mellow and relaxing. I was able to listen to music, take some naps, and recharge my batteries.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ice Cream:<\/strong>\u00a0There&#8217;s something about ice cream that is just absolutely amazing in the summer. It&#8217;s a real celebration of summer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Back Processing:<\/strong>\u00a0It&#8217;s the best term that I could use to describe this. The brain has ability to analyze, process, and develop ideas in the background. It&#8217;s such a great phenomena. Take time away from something and the brain will develop ideas and suggestions for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>24:<\/strong>\u00a0As in hours in the day, and simply not enough to get everything done while on the Cape!
