Our prototype is ready to go (well almost) and we got great feedback from our first potential client.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cadence:<\/strong>\u00a0We need to move towards a regular cadence of delivery. I am not thinking something that happens to fast, but something that happens on a reasonable schedule to show progress.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Team:<\/strong>\u00a0Getting the right team is so critical. We&#8217;ve had an ex-colleague of mine join us for a little, and his investment has really boosted our energy level. We&#8217;re making some good progress thanks to him.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taxonomies:<\/strong>\u00a0I&#8217;m working on an interesting project with taxonomies for a client, and we&#8217;re discovering that we&#8217;ll have to create our own. What I&#8217;m finding interesting with taxonomies is how complex they can get, but also how poorly people understand them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3 weeks:<\/strong>\u00a0Having 3 week deadlines seems to get the right level of energy for folks, and gets them to step up..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wow, what an amazing week!
