Well I’m really not making a lot of progress with my startup. \u00a0We need so much capital to get it off the ground, and I don’t really want to get into significant debt to do it. I believe in the idea, but at the same time, there’s only so much debt that I can take on.<\/p>\n

  • Valuation:<\/strong>\u00a0Right now, with my ask, the valuation of the company (assuming %age remains) would be nearly $15MM. It’s high, especially if I compare to other ventures.<\/li>\n
  • Networks:<\/strong>\u00a0I’m expanding my reach to different investment groups, but still running out of options.<\/li>\n
  • Real Estate:<\/strong>\u00a0Cost of real estate is very high in Boston. I’m looking at places in the $45-$65 range, and it’s still not enough.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
