{"id":643,"date":"2016-06-04T10:21:49","date_gmt":"2016-06-04T14:21:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noob40.com\/?p=643"},"modified":"2016-06-04T10:21:49","modified_gmt":"2016-06-04T14:21:49","slug":"week-121-2016-06-04","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noob40.com\/?p=643","title":{"rendered":"Week 121: 2016-06-04"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Busy week, the first half was in Switzerland where I was visiting family, and the second was back home in Boston. \u00a0My energy level is high, in a very good way.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Family:<\/strong>\u00a0It was great to see my family.\u00a0We&#8217;re going through a bit of change, and my father in particular is having a hard time with the transition to retirement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>June:<\/strong>\u00a0We&#8217;re just starting the month of June, but it will prove to be a very intense month with lots of work for the launch of our first location. It&#8217;s thrilling and nerve-wracking at the same time. I like<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potential:<\/strong>\u00a0I had a fascinating conversation yesterday with my professional coach. \u00a0We spoke a lot about finding people and building teams, and I came out pretty strongly that I hire on potential not achievement.
