I feel like I was carrying the entire weight of the effort, and not able to get ahead<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Heat:<\/strong>\u00a0It was so hot this week that it ended up being difficult to do anything. Even with some AC, we had a hard time keeping up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Efficiency:<\/strong>\u00a0We&#8217;re spending so much time explaining what we&#8217;re doing to people that I wonder how effective it is. I&#8217;m also getting increasingly frustrated with outside vendors taking much more time than us to get something done, and having to pay for it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hawk:<\/strong>\u00a0We&#8217;re going to have to become much more hawkish with how we work with people. I hate being prescriptive with folks, but it&#8217;s what we&#8217;ll need to do to get stuff done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>99:<\/strong>\u00a0The temperature one day this week.
