It&#8217;s been a long month or two, with lots of activity, visitors, and travel. This my first week with no one around, and I just was wiped out, and couldn&#8217;t muster a lot of energy to move.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>(NOT) Getting It:<\/strong>\u00a0I&#8217;m struggling with people simply not getting it. \u00a0Getting it enough to get us started, but not getting enough to actually make a difference, and get us over the finish line.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sleep:<\/strong>\u00a0My sleep has been very inconsistent this week. I need to get on a schedule to help me get more productive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IKEA:<\/strong>\u00a0We did an IKEA run today. It was good to get reminded a bit of what we can do with furniture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>500:<\/strong>\u00a0I need to get to 500 sit-ups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A tough week to get motivated.
