An interesting experience. I hope it proved helpful for the client, though I&#8217;m not sure it did. \u00a0Aside from that, the week had its ups and downs.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Definitions:<\/strong>\u00a0It seems that there&#8217;s an issue with definition of terms and especially how terms that may have multiple definitions and meaning could be misinterpreted. \u00a0This is something that I&#8217;ve struggled with my entire career\/life (people interpretation of terms).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\u00a0This theme keep on recurring in my career. The experience that people go through is so critical in shaping how they feel, and who they are. \u00a0Specifically this week we talked about the experience of experienced hires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Snow:<\/strong>\u00a0We&#8217;re expecting our first snow storm this week-end! So far it&#8217;s delivered a few inches of snow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>30:<\/strong>\u00a0Degrees of difference in weather tomorrow. We&#8217;re supposed to go from a high of 54 to a low of 17.
