The flight was hot, the air is super dry here, the weather is colder here, and jet lag&#8230; It&#8217;s ok though, this is what I need to do to realize my dream of working in both markets.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Infrastructure:<\/strong>\u00a0It&#8217;s interesting that the biggest difference between Geneva and Boston is really the infrastructure. I don&#8217;t mean just the roads, etc&#8230; I mean the processes to manage the infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cadence:<\/strong>\u00a0I may have used that word recently, but it keeps coming back. I need to find the right cadence, and this week was a case of hard to get back into the swing of things.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leverage:<\/strong>\u00a0I need to find leverage. Of course that means that I need to have clients to support the leverage. I have a few hot leads that I will continue to develop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2:<\/strong>\u00a0I need to get to a place to have 2 people working for me by the end of the year.
