I think the clarity will work for me, I am not sure that it will for my client, but I am not sure that they are perceiving that right now (and more significantly that they are capable of seeing that).<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Self-Worth:<\/strong>\u00a0This came up this week during our conversation. My self-worth is high, but I don&#8217;t need the salary to justify it. The problem is that in many organizations, worth to the organization and high income are directly linked.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tantrum:<\/strong>\u00a0Corporate tantrums are despicable and horrendous. I grow tired of witnessing them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bitchy:<\/strong>\u00a0My wife was asked to be more bitchy by one of her new colleagues as a way forward to overcome the craziness of her work. That is simply idiotic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5AM:<\/strong>\u00a0Generally when one of my clients shoots her tantrum\/freak-out emails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What started out as tough week became better because I was able to get some clarity on the work front.
