Well it’s a wrap… 2017 is coming to an end, what an absolutely difficult year. Ups and downs all year, but I feel that we’re finally coming out of the woods on the year. \u00a0Let’s see what 2018 has to offer.<\/p>\n

Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n

  • Rest:<\/strong>\u00a0This past week has really been about rest & recovery. After the challenging year, and the last few months in London, just being able to recover and rest was wonderful<\/li>\n
  • Priorities:<\/strong>\u00a0Going through the headache of the last year really puts priorities in perspective, and prioritizing what’s important. \u00a0Family, Friend, but also personal health.<\/li>\n
  • Healths:<\/strong>\u00a0Yes, that’s not a typo. I’ve been doing quite a bit of thinking around this topic. I think there’s an article that needs to be written about it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n
