I&#8217;m starting to find it.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cadence:<\/strong>\u00a0I&#8217;m starting to find the right pace for the work that I am doing. Mornings, evenings, etc&#8230; I do need to add running into the mix, but it&#8217;s starting to get there, which is good for me. I&#8217;m a mid distance runner (or at least I tell myself that I am), which is about striking the balance between speed and endurance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Focus:<\/strong>\u00a0I&#8217;m pushing the whole team to focus and be driven by a singular goal. We&#8217;re making some good progress on this front, but so much more to do.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Equity:<\/strong>\u00a0We had the big &#8220;Options&#8221; discussion this week. \u00a0Frankly it needs to be more, as I see it be so much more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>0:<\/strong>\u00a0I will add a 0 to the valuation of this startup.
