The pace is definitely picking up as I had consultants starting this past week, and am trying to get results from them in a very short window.<\/p>\n<div><em><strong>Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pace:<\/strong>\u00a0It&#8217;s definitely accelerating, and we&#8217;re getting ahead on a couple of efforts. It&#8217;s good news, there are still certain projects with outside vendors that are falling behind.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tact:<\/strong>\u00a0I still have to find the right tact with some folks. I&#8217;m a more direct person, but often that doesn&#8217;t work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acceleration:<\/strong>\u00a0Every week, it feels like we&#8217;re moving faster and faster&#8230; That&#8217;s good. Just need to get things in order to have as few distractions as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><em><strong>Number of the Week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2:<\/strong>\u00a0I now have 2 people reporting to me.
