This was a truly bizarre week… I’m banging heads with one of the more senior people and it’s not pretty. It’s affecting my ability to deliver things on time. \u00a0This week-end is “The Boat Race”, the equivalent of the Head of Charles in Boston. We’re going there to meet with some new friends that we recently met.<\/p>\n

Words of the week:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n

  • Complications:<\/strong>\u00a0The simplest things sometimes feel like the hardest ones in this country. I am not sure if it’s a product of me getting used to the new culture, etc… But it’s proving to be a bear.<\/li>\n
  • Incoherent:<\/strong>\u00a0I seem to get pulled into incoherent meetings with no clear sense of why I am needed there. I tend to go, just to be a good sport, but need to change\/adjust that soon, otherwise, I’ll get pulled into too many directions.<\/li>\n
  • US:<\/strong>\u00a0Quite interesting that I am now working on pilots to take me back to the US.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
