Week 20. I’m getting close to vacation, and things are getting dicey with our second house (we are selling it, and need to get it to market in a week).
Words of the week:
- Family: We had a great visit from my wife’s family this week. It was too bad that I couldn’t spend too much time with them (I had to take care of our second house), but it was good to see them, and spend time with them.
- Eyes: I’m getting my eyes checked again. I may have some issue with them… Eyes, brain, and hands are the three most important part of the body for a knowledge worker.
- World Cup: I’m really enjoying the World Cup this year. It’s only been a week, but it’s already showing some signs of being not your typical (well from the last 12 years) World Cup.
Number of the Week:
- 7|6: Total goals in the France-Switzerland game, and total goals in the Netherlands-Spain game. France and the Netherlands came out on top. The Netherlands had an impressive win, especially shaking off their loss to Spain 4 years ago in the final. Hop, Oranje hop!
