Week 38: 2014-10−25

I almost need to reset the clock now that I’m on my own… but let’s keep it going…

Words of the week:
  • Meditation: I have found my new addiction… Meditation.  I’m amazed by how relaxed I am after even the smallest of meditation (10 minutes).  I need to explore this more.
  • Plan: I need a plan, a slow plan, to get back into mental shape.  First, I need to take a couple of weeks to clear up outstanding things (closing the work stuff, putting money aside, etc…)
  • Family: I spoke with my parents, and it’s amazing how supportive they have been.  I am truly blessed!
Number of the Week:
  • 6: It’s the number of months that I’m looking to push out on my own.  I’ll revisit in 4 months and see where I am.
