Week 11…. Started out with gorgeous weather followed by freezing snow/ice. It’s spring, but also this week was the 1-year anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombing. So it all revolves around persevering through adversity.

Road Map: It feels like all I’m talking about these days is writing up roadmaps for programs and products. Surprised that we don’t have more of this culture.

Startup of 1: Really this if for last week, but it has continued into this week. I’m going to have to do things on my own and drive progress on projects, and bring people along with me.

Calendar Management: my assistant has been super proactive, but now I suddenly have meetings showing up that I never thought I had. Very surprised how particular I am about my calendar, then again, it’s not new given that I am particular about many things.
Number of the Week:
- 2 years: Most people leave within 2 years of last event. I’m dong an attrition study to help understand why we’re losing people. Seems like of those who leave, 86% are gone by 2 years. That is insane!
