Tough long week. Not bad, just a lot of stuff going on. I went down to NYC to spend time with my father and nephew that were visiting from Europe. NYC in August is unbearable… Filled with tourists, etc… Today we’re going to a field concert where my best friend and his band are playing. It’ll be such a nice distraction from the last few days. Tomorrow, we’re picking up our pup.
Words of the week:
- Holy Grail: My father has specific tastes, unfortunately they’re not easy to meet. Running around NYC was chaotic, especially with the heat and tourists present.
- Pup: We’re adopting a dog! She’s a rescue pup, and looks adorable and smart. She may be big when she’s fully grown, but looks awesome now. I hope all goes well tomorrow.
- Coworking: I love being able to work from anywhere and everywhere. I really need to continue to push that. It’s such a healthier way to live!
