A very busy week this week as we get ready to launch both products later in October. In addition I have family in town this coming week.
Words of the week:
- Experts: I had a really tough time this week with experts. I have to remind myself that experts are generally risk averse people that have gotten to where they are by building onto their uncertainties. The rest of us, are not experts, but are ok going about our lives and taking chances without 100% of all the information.
- Projects: I’m really down to two major projects/clients. It’s a bit nerve wracking, but I’m super busy with both.
- Communications: It’s funny that one of the links between the two projects is the broader issue of communications. One is technical, the other is inter-personal. With the technical, I’m trying to figure out how to send data to a cloud based application and have to essentially instantiate every bit of the communication protocol. For the other, it’s just people making assumptions about what’s being said and going from there. It’s funny that these are two opposite extremes.
