It’s been (as expected) a busy week. We are moving with our first location, and are seeing some additional locations (potential as #2 or #3). It’s going to get faster before it slows down.
Words of the week:
- Negotiations: So much of what we’re talking about is about terms and conditions and approaches, and angles. Negotiation is not compromise, it’s more about how to make sure that everyone gets the best deal.
- Sleet: I’m starting to sleep less, but in a good way. I’m very energized by what I’m doing, and as a result, my brain is working in overdrive. I have a break in a month, so it’s a nice push until then!
- Sequencing: My partner and I are talking so much about sequencing these days. We want to make sure that it’s the right sequencing so that we can roll out the locations fast.
Number of the Week:
- 500,000: Increasingly I’m coming to terms that we need $500K to launch a location. This includes all the improvements and changes that we need to make.
