What an absolutely crazy week! The partners at my client are gone for the better part of the week and the team, back home, is freaking out. Not because they don’t know what to do, but because they are being significantly micromanaged from afar.
Words of the week:
- Trust: So much of what I am seeing this week is people simply not having a basic trust in others because they are professionals..
- Hustle: There’s an issue looming. Junior people with hustle, senior people without hustle. This results in a clash, a really nasty clash.
- Micro-management: One of the partners at the client that I’m serving freaks out through micro-management. I have to work to build the trust with her.
Number of the Week:
- 5: I need to run at least 5 days a week. I’m not there yet, need to work up to it.
