Got a good set of runs in last week, need more runs in this week. The pace is definitely picking up as I had consultants starting this past week, and am trying to get results from them in a very short window.
Words of the week:
- Pace: It’s definitely accelerating, and we’re getting ahead on a couple of efforts. It’s good news, there are still certain projects with outside vendors that are falling behind.
- Tact: I still have to find the right tact with some folks. I’m a more direct person, but often that doesn’t work.
- Acceleration: Every week, it feels like we’re moving faster and faster… That’s good. Just need to get things in order to have as few distractions as possible.
Number of the Week:
- 2: I now have 2 people reporting to me. Still need a bigger team.
