A generally great week. One of my clients is asking me to do more, one of my startups is getting some tractions with one opportunity. And I’m feeling more confident about the path forward for myself, my business, and our family.
Words of the week:
- Blade of Grass: One of the pieces of positive feedback I received from my primary client is (and they didn’t use those words) that I work with them, pushing them along in a positive direction, so it feels like I’m pushing them in the right directly, softly like wind pushing a blade of grass… Ok, it’s not a great metaphor.
- Visibility: I’m starting to get some visibility with my work, but more importantly. I’m realizing how important visibility is. So with one effort, we’re talking about how to create that visibility to lead us forward.
- Teams: It seems that this week has been about putting teams together. It’s a good thing if teams are complimentary, which I think we do right now.
Number of the Week:
- 20%: My client bandwidth has been committed for a minimum of 20%. It’s a move in the right direction. I just need a couple more clients to be in the clear.
